Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year at Northbrook Junior High. I am so excited to be a part of the NBJH community! This is my first year teaching ELL at NBJH.
I graduated from The University of Iowa (go Hawkeyes!) and got my master's degree from Northeastern Illinois University in bilingual/bicultural education. I previously taught second grade for nine years at a magnet school in Waukegan, IL. I took a year off of teaching when my son Max was born but am back to doing what I love...teaching!
